Sharnelle and Braden’s wedding day was on a hot and windy Saturday this past August out at the Ok Corral, just outside of Martensville.
The day started me meeting the guys at the corral. They were doing finishing touches on decor and getting ready. The ladies spent the morning getting hair and makeup done at Passion’s Beauty Studio. Then I was off to meet the ladies at Sharnelle and Braden’s house while they got into their dresses.
During the ceremony the wind kept the sun from getting too hot on anyone, and would toss Sharnelle’s veil around. During exchanging their rings, I watched as the veil floated perfectly around their hands, sheilding them for just a moment or two. It was almost like taking a moment there, just for the two of them.
Their main goal for their day was for everyone to have fun, and fun was had! The groomsmen toted around a cooler for drinks during photos, keeping everyone’s drink full that afternoon! From hacky sack in the yard, lots of dancing, to cigars and jello shots at the end of the night, their goal of a fun day was definitely achieved!
